Description
The focus of this courseis for the participants to gain a theoretical understanding of intravenous cannulation and to provide an opportunity for simulated practice. The training explores the legal and professional aspects that need to be considered when performing cannulation.
This course is aimed at all healthcare practitioners who would perform this skill in their practice setting.
You will need to have a certificate of phlebotomy to sit this course or evidence of enrolment at our Phlebotomy course.
Course duration is one day for the theory but you will get up to one month of optional practice to enhance the level of your competency.
The corse usually takes place on a Sunday and will start at around 12 noon and last until 6pm

Upon completion of this training you will be awarded a certificate of attendance. Dr. Kaz Clinic is an approved CPD provider.
