Our refund policy for the sale of treatments and training courses purchased in our clinics is listed below.

Treatment or courses deposit refund policy:
Change of mind on treatment:
In the event that you have changed your mind about a treatment booking that you booked for one of our clinic locations, this can only be exchanged for a credit to the value of the deposit paid to use on any treatments to us.
Unhappy with our treatments:
If you are unhappy with any of the treatments provided, the service received in clinic. Then we want to know about it. Please contact us at the earliest and make us aware of the concerns. We will look at booking a follow up to rectify any issues with treatments or invite you back to assess why the treatment has not met your expectations.
COURSES / ONLINE TRAINING
We offer no refunds on courses or online training.
On receipt of payment in full of any course booked online or in person, you are entering into a contract with Dr. Kaz Clinic, and agree to be held bound by these and all other associated terms.
Failure to attend your booked course sessions will result in you being held liable for any and all course costs. You will not be eligible for any refund in part or in full.
Deposits and refunds:
Under no circumstances are any deposits for courses or treatments refundable under any circumstances. We often ask for a deposit for larger treatments or training courses this is none refundable however in certain circumstances can be honoured in the value of a credit to use in clinic. Any no shows or lateness over 20 minutes will result in loss of training course or aesthetics treatment appointment.
